Step 1
Register and activate your workspace
Create an account from Register. Mighty Sender Ai creates your private workspace and sends a welcome message. On Activation, review the current price and duration, use the Copy buttons for bank name, account name and account number, make the transfer, then upload the receipt. The administrator reviews it. Approval activates the workspace until the displayed expiry date and sends an activation email.
Step 2
Get and configure your Serper API key
Create your own account at serper.dev, obtain an API key from its dashboard, then open Mighty Sender Ai → Settings. Paste the key into New Serper API key and save. The key is stored encrypted. Enter the current Serper credit balance to establish the local usage baseline. Never share your API key with another tenant.
Step 3
Generate targeted search queries
Open Email Extractor. Use Smart Query Generator for occupation/business searches or Smart Name Generator for person-name searches. Enter the requested occupations, names, countries and other targeting inputs, choose the number of queries, generate them, review the output, then submit the searches you actually need. Keep searches relevant and lawful.
Step 5
Clean and verify addresses
Open Email Verifier. Paste text or upload a supported file, then choose extraction/cleanup or verification. Large verification work is queued and processed in the background. Review valid, invalid and unknown results before moving suitable records to Contacts. Verification is a signal, not permission to contact someone.
Step 6
Add your own SMTP accounts
Open SMTP Accounts and add the host, port, encryption, username and password supplied by your email provider. Test the connection. Credentials are encrypted and belong only to your workspace. Provider sending rules and quotas still apply even when Mighty Sender Ai local counters show capacity.
Step 7
Create and operate a campaign
Build your Contacts first, then create a Campaign with a clear name, subject and message. Add allowed attachments if needed. Use campaign exclusions for people who replied or should not receive further messages. Start the campaign, monitor progress, and use Pause/Resume rather than rebuilding a recipient list.
Step 8
Monitor logs, limits and account safety
Send Logs and Extractor Logs show activity for your workspace. Settings shows your local controls and integration state. Subscription and quota limits are controlled by the platform plan. Keep credentials private, use strong account security, and follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Phishing, impersonation, credential theft and unlawful unsolicited messaging are prohibited.
Need help? Use the Contact page and include the workspace name, page you were using and the error message. Never send passwords or API secrets in a support message.
